Please read on only if you are having a difficulty connecting to the game with the message above.

The  cause is known at this time, and can be easily resolved by following the steps below:

1.
Download a file in the below link:
http://download.sdgo.ogplanet.com/GUpdate_NORTH_AMERICA.zip

2.
Unzip the file to a directory with an easy access (We recommand your 'Desktop')

3.
Copy the file into your game folder, and you will be good to go!
